01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the petpk website at petpk.net, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager through the petpk platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the petpk platform, including registered account holders, visitors browsing the site without an account, and any person who accesses any portion of the petpk service regardless of the device or method of access used.

Your continued use of petpk following any modification to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. petpk will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notification prior to changes taking effect.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to open and maintain a petpk account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR licensing conditions.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You are not accessing petpk from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a petpk employee or affiliated company.
• You do not already hold another active petpk account. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from petpk or had your account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.

petpk reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification at any point to verify your age and identity. Accepted Philippine IDs include the PhilSys National ID, passport, UMID, SSS ID, and driver's licence. Accounts where age verification fails will be suspended without notice pending review.

03 Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money gaming on petpk, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, truthful, and current information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, complete, and current at all times.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under PAGCOR regulations and Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) compliance requirements, petpk will require document verification before processing your first withdrawal. KYC documents typically required include:

1. A valid government-issued photo ID (PhilSys, passport, UMID, driver's licence, or SSS ID).
2. Proof of address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate).
3. Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name matching your petpk account).

petpk may request additional documentation at any time as part of enhanced due diligence. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by petpk support will result in withdrawal holds and may lead to account suspension. Funds held pending KYC completion remain safe and will be returned to the originating payment method if the account is ultimately closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your petpk account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact petpk support immediately via live chat.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

petpk supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya/PayMaya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit via GCash, Maya, and e-wallets is ₱100. Bank transfers carry a minimum deposit of ₱200. Minimum deposit via USDT TRC20 is the equivalent of USD $10.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, payments from an account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will trigger a compliance review. petpk is not liable for funds sent from mismatched accounts and reserves the right to reverse such deposits.

petpk reserves the right to carry out additional security checks prior to processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first withdrawals, large amounts, or accounts that have recently updated personal details. These checks are conducted to protect players from unauthorized access and to comply with AMLA obligations.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

petpk offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions that apply across all petpk promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in each offer's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the bonus offer. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, sports betting, and bingo may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• petpk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active bonuses they have already claimed.
• Bonus abuse — including matched betting using bonus funds, exploiting game mechanics to generate low-risk wagering, or coordinated multi-account promotion farming — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

Free spins and other non-cash rewards are subject to the same general conditions above unless specific terms accompanying the offer state otherwise. petpk's decision on bonus eligibility, wagering calculations, and promotion disputes is final.

06 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games offered on petpk — including slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, Super Bingo, and sabong — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules applicable to each game before placing wagers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or communications failure during a game round, petpk reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account. petpk is not responsible for losses arising from connection failures on the player's side, including poor internet connectivity, device shutdowns, or browser crashes mid-round.

petpk uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all digital games and streams live dealer games from licensed studio providers. Game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed in the information panel of each game. Sports betting odds are set by petpk's trading team and reflect current market conditions; odds are subject to change prior to event start.

petpk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or manipulation, in accordance with PAGCOR integrity standards. Winnings derived from such bets may be withheld pending investigation.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the petpk platform. Engaging in any of the conduct below will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, forfeiture of bonus funds, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under false identities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the petpk platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker, bingo, or any competitive-format game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — including RNG anomalies — to generate winnings that would not arise under normal gameplay conditions. Any winnings derived from identified exploits are void.
• Using petpk to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate deposits processed through your chosen payment method.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing petpk support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

08 Responsible Gaming

petpk is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling among all users. We provide a suite of player protection tools accessible directly from every account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 12 months, or permanently. 09 Intellectual Property

All content on the petpk platform — including but not limited to the petpk brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of petpk or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the petpk platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any petpk content without prior written authorisation from petpk.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, petpk's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the petpk platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your petpk account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

petpk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether arising from use or inability to use the platform, platform outages, payment processing delays outside petpk's direct control, or third-party game provider technical failures.

The petpk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While petpk makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability 24/7, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not responsible for service disruptions caused by maintenance, force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11 Privacy & Data

petpk collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and petpk's Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

petpk will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with PAGCOR, payment processors, and KYC verification providers as required to operate the platform lawfully and to comply with regulatory obligations. 12 Account Suspension & Closure

petpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or a Philippine government authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• The player's own request for voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure for reasons other than a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements. Closures resulting from confirmed Terms breaches may result in the forfeiture of balances in accordance with PAGCOR's prescribed procedures.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through petpk's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first submit a formal complaint to petpk's support team via [email protected] and allow petpk a reasonable period of not less than 30 calendar days to investigate and respond. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, petpk is also subject to regulatory oversight and dispute mediation processes administered by PAGCOR.

14 Amendments to These Terms

petpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — meaning changes that affect your rights or obligations in a meaningful way — will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent in-platform notification, no less than 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes, such as formatting corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by new PAGCOR regulatory guidance, may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of petpk after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
